Kimberly A. Rudolph is dedicated to the practice of immigration law on behalf of clients throughout the United States and abroad.  She represents clients in all nonimmigrant and permanent visas, family and work visas, asylum, citizenship and naturalization and deportation defense.  She represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Naturalization Service ("USCIS"), the Administrative Appeals Unit ("AAU"), the Immigration Courts, The Board of Immigration Appeals("BIA"), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Department of Labor, the Department of State and Unites States Consulates.  She graduated from the George Washington University and Widener University School of Law.
